FRIDAY, SEPT 19:
All day arrival of race boats, viewing in dry pits at the Hyatt Hotel


10-4 PM    OPA Registration, inside the Hyatt, SkipJack room
1-4 PM      Crane in Operation
1-4 PM      Inspections in the dry pit
1-3 PM      Testing
12 Noon    Charity Golf Tournament
7:00 PM    Mandatory Sweep Boat and Volunteer Meeting, equipment distribution
7-10 PM    Racers party @ Finish Line Bar and Grill. Team attendance is mandatory,

                  and team shirts w/collars are required.

SATURDAY, SEPT 20:

Viewing of race boats in dry pits. All classes racing today


7:30 AM     Physicals at the Hyatt Hotel.
9:00 AM     Drivers meeting at the Hyatt Hotel.

9-12 PM     Dunker/Swim Test in Hyattt Hotel pool
9-4 PM       Crane in Operation.
10:30 AM   Sweep boats leave marina to secure course
12 Noon     1st Race Class 500 & 600
1:30 PM     2nd Race Class 300 & 400
3:00 PM     3rd Race Extreme-Class 100 & 200
3:30 PM     Sweep boats back to the marina after picking up buoys
4-6 PM       Radar run on the Choptank for volunteers and racers- Prizes awarded.
6-10 PM     Block Party Downtown Cambridge
9-12 PM     Dock party at Blue Point Grill featuring "Time and Again" and sponsored

                   by the Great Chesapeake Bay Swim.

SUNDAY, SEPT 21:

Viewing of race boats in dry pits. All classes racing today


7:30 AM     Physicals at the Hyatt Hotel.
9:00 AM     Driver’s meeting at the Hyatt Hotel.
9-4 PM       Crane in Operation
10:30 AM   Sweep Boats leave the marina.
12 Noon     1st Race Class 500 & 600
1:30 PM      2nd Race Class 300 & 400
3:00 PM      3rd Race Extreme-Class 100 & 200
3:30 PM      Sweep Boats pick up buoys and depart
6:00 PM      Awards – Blue Pointe Grill.

** NOTE: This schedule is subject to change. Check with Race Comm in the marina for any updates during the weekend.
