Currently OPA is working on adding a few changes to the rulebook this year. Smitty has been in touch with many racers about what they expect this year and you can call Smitty if you have any questions about the rulebook. This rulebook that is currently posted is only a guide for the new racers and has not been finalized yet. The new rulebook will be good from 2009-2011.
