3rd Annual Sunny Isles Beach Offshore Challenge
Day 1: Thursday, June 10th – 2010 Arrival of Race Boats; Viewing in Dry Pits
10am to 6pm Registration and Tech-Inspections for “Bimini & Back Ocean Challenge” – Race Pits. All teams must register no later than 5 p.m. Tech runs until 6:00p.m.
7:00pm to 10pm-Welcome Racers party at “The Water Club”. (RACER UNIFORMS MANDATORY) Need wristbands for drink & food.
Day 2: Friday, June 11th, 2010 Arrival of Race Boats; Viewing in Dry Pits
9am – 11pm “Racers’ Village” Opens to Public: $5.00 entry fee per person. Rum Runner Festival taking place. Food & drinks will be available for purchase, entertainment for the whole family. "Putting on the Wish" boat rides to benefit the families of the Make A Wish Foundation of Southern Florida.

1:30pm – 3pm Offshore Model Boat Display – in the Race Village
4pm – 6pm Meet the Racer’s Autograph Signing & Photo with Professional Powerboats in the VIP Hospitality Tent in the Racers’ Village
6:30pm – 8:30pm Guy Richards Copa Cabana Kick-it-Off BBQ “COOK-OUT” at VIP Hospitality Tent in Racers' Village.
7pm – 11pm Rock-N-Roll Concert in the Racers' Village Presented by Turbine Marine featuring “The Evil Monkeys”
10pm-Betty Bangs Bikini Swimwear & Miss Offshore Contest.
11pm Racers Village Closes to the public. Official OSE After Hours Party & Location (TBA)
Day 3: Saturday June 12th, 2010-Arrival of Race Boats; Viewing in Dry Pits
7am-Physicals for Bimini & Back Ocean Challenge -Newport Hotel
9am-Drivers Meeting for Bimini & Back Ocean Challenge -Newport Hotel
9am-Mandatory Volunteer Boat Meeting (for Bimini & Back Ocean Challenge)-NewPort Hotel
10am-Manditory OPA Drivers Meeting – Newport Hotel
9am-10pm-(Open to Public) Racers' Village Opens: Rum Runner Festival with food, drinks & entertainment for the whole family
10am-4pm-OPA Race Boat Registrations – Newport Hotel
10am-4pm-OPA Race Boat Inspections – Racer’s Village.
11am-1pm – BIMINI & BACK OCEAN CHALLENGE

8:00pm- Evening Kicks off with Celebrity Guest & Comedian, Guy Richards to Host
8:10pm-Bimini & Back Offshore Challenge Awards Ceremony
8:30pm- Inca Fashion Show
9:00pm- Host Guy Richards performs with special celebrity guests.
9:30pm- Silent & Live Auction to benefit the Miami Marine Stadium:
Our mission at Offshore Events is to support & help restore the Miami Marine Stadium; and celebrate Miami as the birthplace of open ocean racing & high performance boat manufacturing.

10am-OPA Race Course set up
11am-All Volunteer boats on station

12pm- RACE 1 – OPA SUNNY ISLES BEACH CHALLENGE
2PM – RACE 2 – OPA SUNNY ISLES BEACH CHALLENGE
4pm- RACE COURSE SHUT DOWN
