| We will need all of OPA's support for this new race site going on for it's 2nd season. We are looking for all race boats of the OPA to come up to Michigan to race in Harrison and then over to St. Clair the following week. You can store all of your stuff at some of the marinas around the St Clair areas such as Clevelands Constructions marina and Tyler Crockett Marine Engines site. Listed below is the tentative schsdule of events for the Harriosn Township race:

Friday July 24th
- Racers Come to Town Metro Beach Dry Pits and Beacon Cove Marina
- 12:00-3:00pm OPA Racers Registration Concorde Inn
- 2:00-5:00pm Boat Inspections
- 5:00pm Racers Meeting Concorde Inn
- Racers Dinner at Terry's Terrace 6-7pm
- Live Entertainment at Beacon Cove Marina (Tenacious Red & DJ) 7-10pm
- Beverage Tent 5-12pm
Saturday July 25th
- Boats on Display all Day at Metro Beach and Beacon Cove Marina
- 12:00-4:00pm Crane Operational Beacon Cove
- 12:00-3:00pm Race Boat Testing, Rules of the Road
- 9:00am-3:00pm Racer's Registration Concorde Inn
- 12:00pm-4:00pm Race Control Operational Channel 78

We still need lots of help with fund raising. Harrison Offshore is offering ads in the Harrison Offshore Magazine for $250-$1000. This Magazine/Race Program will have a 10,000 copy circulation and will be distributed through SE Michigan. Additionally, we are offering raffle tickets for a race weekend in a Bat Boat. Tickets are $100 each and only 50 tickets will be sold. Race, Hotel Room, Party all included. Please help make this event happen by helping us fund raise!
